abw2epub software package provides AbiWord to EPUB format converter, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install abw2epub
abw2epub is installed in your system.
Make ensure the abw2epub package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep abw2epub *
You will get with abw2epub package name, version, architecture and description in a table
